Bob Weyers is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with decades of experience in commercial real estate and private equity. As co-owner of Commercial Horizons, Bob oversees a portfolio that includes more than 1.8 million square feet of office and retail space and 300+ acres of land banked for development. He is also a leader in Capital Connection LLC, managing a $150+ million private equity portfolio focused on manufacturing companies. A graduate of Marquette University with an MBA, Bob is deeply committed to community service, supporting organizations like the Weyers Family Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay. He lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with his wife, Tracy, and their two sons.

Rick Dercks is an experienced investment professional with more than 16 years in banking, trust, and private equity. After a successful banking career, he transitioned to leading a private investment partnership, where he has executed more than 15 private equity transactions with multiple successful exits. In addition to his investment work, Rick owns and operates CliC Eyewear and Hudson Henry Baking Company, blending financial expertise with entrepreneurial passion. Actively engaged in the community, he has served on the boards of Business Bank, Investors Community Bank, and various nonprofits. He currently contributes to youth initiatives as a board member of the Valley Kids Foundation.
Managing Partner
Mike Waters brings more than 25 years of leadership in banking and financial services, specializing in commercial finance, acquisitions, and exit strategies. A distinguished graduate of UW Oshkosh with a B.S. in Finance and an MBA, Mike has been recognized for his exceptional work, including the Wings Presidential Award for Effort in 2023. His career highlights include serving as President of Settlers Best Credit Union and advising numerous successful business transactions. Residing in Greenville, Wisconsin, with his wife Nikol and four children, Mike is actively involved in the community through roles with organizations like the Valley Kids Foundation and the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development.
